MFM is actively involved in relief and development initiatives across Mizoram. During the 2006 Mautam (Bamboo Famine), we supported over 1,000 families in 60 villages across Lunglei District by distributing food grains and essential supplies to farming communities affected by crop failure.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our team reached out to 20 villages in Aizawl, Lunglei, Kolasib, and Mamit Districts, providing food assistance to more than 700 families. Many of our trainees also volunteered as COVID Frontline Warriors, supporting local efforts in and around Aizawl city.
