We have established vocational training centres in various districts, where participants receive hands-on training in a wide range of trades and job roles tailored to meet current market demands. These programs are designed not only to enhance technical capabilities but also to build confidence and prepare individuals for sustainable livelihoods—whether through employment or entrepreneurship.
