Mr. Lalramchuanzela passion’s and commitments is to work among the youth and work for the upliftment of the society. He Graduated from Patkai Christian college, Nagaland. He join the organization in 2006 as a Coordinator, In 2007 he attended an Intensive Perspective course at Pasadena, California, In 2009 he attended a Biblical studies in Chiangmai, Thailand, and he did a management studies in Singapore.
He participated two times as Entrepreneur under Dept of Industries, Government of Mizoram at IITF, New Delhi (India International Trade Fair).
He has rendered services in the field of Health, education, community development and skill development, he has participated in various awareness programme on Skill development, community development, community health and other youth related activities, he has also organized and arranged various counseling sessions for children affected with drug addiction and help them to bring back to their normal life.
In 2006 he was awarded as Social activist of the year by NETV People’s choice award in Guwahati, In 2014 he was awarded as National Youth Award by Govt of India, the first person to receive among the Mizo Community, In 2015 he was awarded 'Young Achiever's Award by Lelte Weekly Magazine, In 2021-22 he was awarded as Indian Achiever's Award - Young Entrepreneurs by Indian Achiever's Forum. In 28th May 2022 He was awarded by 'Social Entrepreneur of the Year - ICONS OF ASIA'
During 2011 he work as Manager in Mining Company in Meghalaya . During 2012-13 He also work as a State Coordinator Basic Health Research India by JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency).
