DISTRIBUTION OF SUPPLIES AT THAIZAWL REFUGEE CAMP

MFM in collaboration with Chin Humanitarian Aid International visited Thaizawl Refugee Camp at Lunglei District on 19th August, 2022. Supplies were distributed to the refugees at the camp. Visiting staffs from MFM includes Mr. Lalramchuanzela (Executive Director, MFM), Dr. Lalrinawmi Ralte (Consultant), Ms. Liandimvung (Project Coordinator), Mr. Jacob Lalrinawma (Communication Manager) and Mr. K Lalchhanhima (Board member).

MFM is looking for partners in our effort to provide relief to the Chin refugees in Mizoram.

Currently there are 607 people staying at Thaizawl camp, it is one of the biggest refugee camps in Mizoram: 

Male                : 201,   60 years and above     : 81,     12-17 years      : 180

Female             : 346,   18-22 years                  : 103,   School going   : 140
