Admission Form and Prospectus LCP 2022

Admission:

Minimum qualification for admission to Diploma in Pharmacy part-I course is pass in any of the following examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics.

1) Intermediate examination in Science

2) First year of the three-year degree course in Science

3) 10+2 examination (academic stream) in Science

3) Pre-degree examination

4) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.

 

Notice:

1) Last date of submission for Application form - 15.07.2022

2) Application form with supporting documents (hard copies) should be submitted at MFM Office, Bawngkawn, Near Vishal Mart, Aizawl during Office hour (9:30 - 5:00)

3) Application Fees of Rs 300/- should be paid at the time of submission of the application form

4) Personal Interview will be conducted, Candidates are required to bring all Original documents during Personal Interview, Date and venue will be notified later

For applicants staying outside Mizoram, duly filled up application form along with necessary documents can be submitted at principallcp26@gmail.com before 15.07.2022. Original documents must be produced at the time of personal interview.
