MFM Free clinic at Bawngva, Mamit District

MFM Free clinic at Bawngva, Mamit District

MFM mobile dispensary, funded by the Ministry of Tribal affairs, Govt. Of India, organised Free Clinic at Bawngva Village, Mamit District, Mizoram on the 14th of January 2022. The Clinic starts at 11:00 am with the guidance of the local authority at Gram Seva Kendra, Bawngva Venghlui. A total of 96 patients of all ages with different ailments attended the clinic. A team of One Physician and Five Pharmacist from Laithangpuii College of Pharmacy (A unit of Mission FoundationMovement)took charge of all necessary functionings of the clinic, where Paitents were assessed in depth and quality medicines were dispensed all at free of cost. The Free Clinic was valued and utilised efficiently by the community as Health facilities were not up to par in the rural part of Mamit District.

MFM mobile Dispensary have organised several other Free Clinic at different rural areas of Mizoram.
