Opportunity to work in Japan for Nursing Students

Name of the course: Japanese Language Proficiency Test (N5 & N4)

Course Duration: 8 months

Course Fee: Rs 8000 per month

Text books: Rs 1,100 approx.

Eligibility

Age limit: 18-30 years

Educational qualification: ANM, GNM, B. Sc. Nursing & D.Pharm.

Seat capacity: 20 per batch

 

 

Course activities and Timeline:

1. Classes starts: January

2. Candidates must apply for passport after joining class.

3. The JLPT N5 examination is scheduled for April in Delhi, with candidates responsible for covering their own travel and lodging expenses.

4. Necessary Documents to be submitted after clearing N5 examination (as listed under).

5. Students who have passed N5 examination will study N4 level till the month of August. N4 Online examination will be held in Mizoram by Kobe University)

6. Upon passing the N4 examinations, candidates will travel to Japan in September. Kobe University will cover the expenses for their flight and shared dormitory accommodation. Additionally, candidates will receive a monthly scholarship of 40,000 Yen (approximately ₹21,847) for four months.

Candidates must have a minimum amount of money for security (Approximately 150,000 yen) before leaving for Japan.

7.  Upon reaching Japan, candidates will undergo further Japanese Language Training Programme and Nursing Care skills for 4 months under Kobe University. Kobe University will facilitate job placements for the candidates during the training period.

(Tickets to return home must be paid by the candidates if they failed their examination)

8. Job Description: General duties related to the care of care home residents. As care staff at the facility, responsibilities include providing caregiving services such as meals and bathing for residents, as well as conducting functional training, recreation, activities, etc.

 

9. Caregivers in Japan earn a minimum annual salary of 2,588,000 Yen approximately (Rs.1,418,000).

 

10. Successful candidates will be granted a work visa for a duration of 6 months to 1 year initially, which can be extended based on the agreement with their employers
